Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email and/or a text message with a tracking link.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be provided unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Payments & Discounts
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
My discount code didn’t work — what should I do?
Double-check that the code hasn't expired and that it's entered exactly as shown at checkout. If your discount was issued through a Campus program, make sure you're checking out with your Campus-affiliated email. Still having trouble? Email us at shop@campus.edu and we'll sort it out.

Do I need to be a Campus student to order?
No — anyone can shop at The Campus Shop! You can check out as a guest or create an account to easily track your orders.
How do I contact customer service?
